Exhibitor Setup - Saturday, July 25
• Setup begins at 6:00 AM
• Please have your table ready by 7:00 AM, when registration opens.

Exhibit Location - ChampionsGate Room
• Each exhibitor will be provided with one 6-foot table.
• Your company name will be displayed at the top of your exhibit table along with your name badges.

Sponsor Passport Activity
To help increase exhibitor engagement, we will be hosting a Sponsor Passport Activity throughout the conference.
Each attendee will receive a passport and will be encouraged to visit every exhibitor's table to collect a signature. Once their passport is complete, they will be eligible to enter the conference raffle.

Sponsor Registration
If you or anyone on your team has not yet registered, please do so as soon as possible for your name badges.

Platinum Sponsor - $5000
As part of your Platinum Sponsorship, you will receive:
• Exhibit table in a premium location
• Full-page advertisement in the conference program
• Company logo recognition on event posters and other marketing materials
